Vignoble de la Jarnoterie
Located in the heart of the Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil apellation, Vignoble de la Jarnoterie was founded in 1893 and today this 26 hectare estate is run by the fifth generation. The entire area under cultivation is dedicated to the region’s most important grape, Cabernet Franc, from which La Jarnoterie produces authentic Loire region red wines.
All operations of the farm are in accordance with the HVE environmental certificate and the production as a whole is guided by the pursuit of the highest possible quality. As an interesting detail, La Jarnoterie uses chestnut barrels for aging of wines.
