The story of Château Haut-Blanville begins in 1995, when Parisian couple Bernard and Béatrice Nivollet decided to change their life and become vine growers. The family of four children moved to south France and the journey began. To make the dream come true, they decided not to buy an existing Domaine but rather to create own Wine Estate, parcel by parcel.
The idea was to have Burgundy style winery with “Climat” model. The first suitable parcel was found 1997 and the first Château Haut-Blanville vintage was 1998.
Today Château Haut-Blanville produces wide selection of varieties, typical for Languedoc region and has gained significant recognition of the high quality. All wines are vegan and the viticulture is carried out with a focus on natural methods. The winery is HVE (Haute Valeur Environmentale) certified.
